What if my safety file is rejected?
If your safety file is rejected, which is not uncommon, we will request the initial safety file audit to address any outstanding items and ensure that your safety file meets the required standards for approval. Our team will collaborate closely with you and the on-site safety officer to rectify any issues and work towards getting your safety file approved promptly. Your satisfaction and compliance are our top priorities throughout this process.
What do you not include in the safety file?
Our site-specific safety file option does not incorporate site visits. Therefore, you will be responsible for attending any file audits on-site.
We do not include client-mandated training certifications such as working at height certificates, First Aid, or medicals in the safety file package. The costs associated with these certifications will be your responsibility, although we are more than happy to guide you through the process and provide information on where to obtain them.
On the other hand, we do provide appointments for certain legal requirements. We will take care of the Risk Assessor, Incident Investigator, and Fall Protection Plan Developer appointments on your behalf, and this service is included at no extra cost to you! Our goal is to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible for you while ensuring compliance with all necessary safety standards.
Does your safety file cover work on a mine?
No, our safety file specifically covers construction sites. We do not provide coverage for construction work conducted on a mine.
